A hotel and residential tower at Paseo de la Reforma 336, facing the Angel of Independence. It is planned with 104 condominiums, 115 furnished residences that can join a rental program run by Hyatt's Thompson brand, and a Thompson hotel. Interiors are by Lissoni New York, and the facade by Arquitectonica gets lighter toward the top so the tower seems to fade into the sky.

The project is led by the Miami developer Related Group with Grupo MRP, Pulso Inmobiliario and Moisés Farca, and was presented in November 2024. The site has a long history: an earlier office tower there, Impera Reforma, had its foundations largely built when its permits were cancelled in 2019. Sales listings give delivery in 2028. Sources quote 43 floors; our list's 182 meters is TBC.
