An office tower at Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 303 in Colonia Granada, in the Plaza Carso area of Nuevo Polanco, where Carlos Slim's Grupo Carso built Museo Soumaya and several office and residential towers.
Grupo Carso is the owner and its construction arm INCARSO the developer, with a design by FR-EE, the studio of Fernando Romero, who also designed Museo Soumaya. The Skyscraper Center has listed it as under construction since 2011 at 81.6 meters and 22 floors, without a completion year, so its current status is TBC.
