The shorter of two residential towers at Upside Berlin, formerly called Max und Moritz, near Ostbahnhof station in Friedrichshain. It is about 85 meters tall with 23 floors.
Construction began around 2014 to a design by Nöfer Architekten, then stopped for more than a year amid insolvency reports. In September 2024 two new developers took over and said the towers would be finished in 2027.
