A mixed-use tower in the Central Business District of Egypt's New Administrative Capital, also marketed as Quan Iconic Tower. Contact Developments launched it in 2021 with an investment of about EGP 1.5 billion: a three-floor retail podium below 22 floors of offices and medical clinics, rising more than 100 meters.
The design is by Yasser Al Beltagy Architects, with Sabbour Consulting as project manager. In August 2025 the tower had reached its sixth floor, and Contact said it would be operating within two years, which points to completion around 2027.
