A 26-story office tower with room for about 1,200 workers. It is going up right next to the Oslo Spektrum arena, a short walk from Oslo Central Station, and forms part of the new Spektrum quarter.
It will be the first building over 100 meters built in Oslo in about 35 years, since the Radisson Blu Plaza hotel opened in 1990. Foundation work in the soft clay began in spring 2026, and completion is planned for around 2028.
