Two towers on top of the old Posten mail terminal beside Oslo Central Station: a 120-meter office tower and a 72-meter hotel. The office tower would be the tallest building in Norway, taller than the Radisson Blu Plaza hotel next door.

The plan had been argued over for nearly 20 years. Oslo's city council approved it in May 2026, with every party except Rødt, SV and FrP voting in favor. The towers could be finished in three to four years.
