A $675 million two-tower project on Second Avenue downtown, known until 2026 by its working name, Astra. The 541-foot north tower would be the tallest building in Arizona, and a 425-foot south tower would stand beside it.
Plans include a 250-room hotel, 380 apartments, co-living, offices and a rooftop restaurant. Permits are expected by the end of 2026, followed by about three years of construction.
