A pair of 600-foot towers planned on 10 acres at Las Vegas Boulevard and Elvis Presley Boulevard, just south of Fontainebleau and next to the Convention Center's West Hall. One tower would hold a hotel and the other about 425 homes, with shops, an arena and a 439-foot ride, but no casino.
Clark County approved the plan with about half the usual parking, counting on a Vegas Loop station under the site. The developers have nine years to start building and have not set a date.
