A 32-story condo tower at Grand Central Parkway and West Carson Avenue in Symphony Park, near the Smith Center in downtown Las Vegas. It will have 240 homes, including eight penthouses, above Origin, a new shopping and dining street.
A ceremonial groundbreaking was held in April 2025, when about half the homes were already under contract, with prices from around $700,000. In March 2026 the developer was still closing the land purchase and financing, with a city deadline of August 2026, and aiming to start building that spring. It would be the first new condo high-rise in Las Vegas in about 15 years.
