A resort planned for the 17-acre former Wet 'n Wild site between the Sahara and Fontainebleau on the north Strip. It has three towers with 2,605 hotel rooms and condos, an 18,000-seat arena built for an NBA team, and a 6,000-seat theater. At 752 feet, the tallest tower would be the tallest resort building on the Strip.
The Clark County Commission approved it unanimously, but no financing, start date or NBA team has been announced. About seven groups are competing to host a future Las Vegas NBA team.
