A mixed-use tower of offices, hotel rooms and apartments on Aleje Jerozolimskie, right across from Warsaw Central Station. It would share a podium with the Warsaw Presidential Hotel, the former Marriott.
Zaha Hadid designed a 260-meter, lily-shaped version in 2008, but it died in the financial crisis. The site's owner revived it with a simpler design by APA Wojciechowski and now holds a final building permit for a tower of almost 193 meters. A new citywide plan that may cap heights here at about 175 meters could still change it, and no start date has been set.
