An office skyscraper planned for the southeast corner of Fulton Market in the West Loop, the neighborhood that has drawn many of Chicago's corporate headquarters.
Law firm Sidley Austin signed on as anchor tenant in June 2026, planning to move in by late 2030. Groundbreaking is expected in 2027, which would make it the city's first new office tower in years.
