  Topped out in July 2026 as Chicago's tallest building under construction. Completion of its 635 apartments is slated for spring 2027.

• October 22, 2026 · 400 Lake Shore (South Tower)Status: waiting on the North Tower

  Related Midwest plans to start it only after the North Tower is finished, so construction is not expected before 2027.

• October 22, 2026 · 725 W Randolph StreetStatus: anchor tenant signed, groundbreaking 2027

  Sidley Austin signed on as anchor tenant in June 2026 and plans to move in by late 2030. Groundbreaking is expected in 2027.

• October 22, 2026 · Halsted Pointe (Phase 1)Status: under construction, completion 2028

  Construction started in April 2026 on a 24-month timeline, with completion expected in 2028.
