A mixed-use supertall planned beside the historic Tribune Tower on Michigan Avenue, with a hotel, apartments and condos. It would be Chicago's second-tallest building after the Willis Tower.
The city approved it in 2020, but no construction has started. Chicago's downtown condo and office markets cooled after the pandemic, and very few towers have broken ground since.
