A 96-story office tower planned at 5 East 51st Street, next to St. Patrick's Cathedral, with a cantilevered observation deck across its top floors. By roof height it would be the tallest building in New York.
Harry Macklowe revealed the plan in 2019 and spent years buying up the site. In April 2025 he sold one of its parcels, 12 East 52nd Street, and no construction date has been set.
