An office tower on the site of the old MTA headquarters at Madison Avenue and 45th Street, across from Grand Central. Part of the site holds a new entrance to Grand Central Madison, which opened in May 2026.
BXP filed permits in 2022, and Norway's wealth fund left the project in 2025. Excavation was under way in December 2025, and completion is planned for 2029.
