A 63-story tower at Flatbush and Third avenues in Downtown Brooklyn, the second tower of the Alloy Block. It will have offices on the lower floors and 583 apartments above, 152 of them affordable, and it is set to be the world's tallest Passive House building.
Alloy closed $535 million of construction financing in August 2025, and completion is planned for 2028.
