A 60-story rental tower in Midtown on a former Postal Service site, with 357 apartments. It is Atlanta's tallest new tower in more than 30 years and its tallest residential building.
Construction started in July 2023 and the tower topped out in November 2025. Leasing, run by Bozzuto, opened in spring 2026.
