A riverfront rental tower at 242 Hudson Street with 678 apartments, looking straight across the Hudson at Lower Manhattan. It was first approved in 2020 for Mack-Cali, which is no longer in business.
Panepinto bought the Harborside 8 and 9 site from Veris Residential in December 2025 and closed $384 million of financing from Kennedy Wilson and Affinius Capital. Pile driving began in July 2025, and completion is targeted for 2028.
