A $600 million, 44-story office tower at the west end of the Gene Leahy Mall, built on the site of the old W. Dale Clark library. It is now the tallest building in Nebraska.
Ground was broken in January 2023 and JE Dunn is the builder. Mutual of Omaha staff are moving in during fall 2026, and a new streetcar line is due to serve the tower in 2027.
