A 650-foot waterfront condo tower at 710 NE 29th Street in Edgewater, with about 70 half-floor and full-floor residences. It is the first residential tower branded by restaurant group Major Food Group, and Moss Construction is building it.
The foundation pour finished in May 2025, four weeks ahead of schedule. By May 2026 the tower had reached the 37th of its 56 floors, with two cranes still working on the upper levels and copper cladding still to come. Completion is planned for 2027.
