A 60-story tower on Church Street with 360 apartments and 140 condos. At 750 feet it will be the tallest building in Tennessee, beating the 617-foot AT&T Building.
Giarratana closed $232 million of construction financing for the $390 million project, with FAA and city approvals in hand. Brasfield & Gorrie is the builder, and completion is expected in 2027.
