A slender 1,002-foot tower at Fifth Avenue and 43rd Street, a block from the New York Public Library. It stacks restaurants at the base, offices on roughly floors 9 to 34 and about 100 condos above, topped by a members' club.
Construction began in March 2022 with $540 million of loans, the tower topped out in October 2024 and the steel was finished that December. About 85% of the homes had sold by early 2025, Carlyle refinanced it with a $640 million loan in December 2025, and completion is due in 2026.
