A 95-story tower that would replace the Grand Hyatt next to Grand Central Terminal, with about 2.5 million square feet of offices and a Hyatt hotel near the top. It would be one of the tallest buildings in the Western Hemisphere.
The City Council approved it in 2021. It comes with a bigger transit hall, a new subway entrance on 42nd Street and a public terrace. Building permits were filed in March 2026, and RXR is raising about $6.5 billion to build it.
