A 40-story office tower at Towarowa and Pańska streets, a two-minute walk from Rondo Daszyńskiego in Wola, Warsaw's skyscraper district. It is the tallest part of Towarowa22, a 6.5-hectare quarter of offices, homes and shops on the site of the old Dom Słowa Polskiego printing house, which its stepped façade nods to.
Construction started in January 2026. In August 2026 PwC Polska signed for about 20,000 square meters over 11 floors, the biggest office lease in Poland this year, and will move in early 2029. Completion is planned for the second half of 2028, with a 1,200-square-meter sky garden on the 23rd floor.
