A 39-story apartment tower planned at 1080 West Front Street in downtown Boise, with about 420 homes, shops and parking. At 451 feet it would be the tallest building in Idaho, about 128 feet taller than Eighth & Main.
It would rise on half of a former parking lot, next to a 15-story hotel being built on the other half. It needs the city to relax several rules, including the height limit. The builder hoped to start in 2026 and finish in 2029, but a start has not been confirmed.
