A planned 33-story apartment tower on Broadway between 16th and 17th streets, across from the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. It would have 392 homes, about a third of them affordable.
Because of flight paths into the nearby downtown airport, its height is capped at 366 feet. The developers presented the $215 million plan to Port KC in February 2026, and construction could start late in 2026.
