A planned 36-story tower of about 50,000 square meters in Karlastaden on Lindholmen, Gothenburg's waterfront district on the north bank of the Göta River. It would stand next to Karlatornet, which at 246 meters has been the tallest building in the Nordic countries since 2024.
Doxa AB owns the Auriga block, which is still in the planning stage.
