A $200 million, 37-story residential tower with about 306 homes in Raleigh's Glenwood South district. It would be the city's tallest building and wraps around the historic Pine State Creamery.
Turnbridge broke ground in October 2025 and crews had moved on to visible site work by July 2026. Completion is targeted for mid-2028.
