A 40-story condo tower with 399 homes in East Village, the first new for-sale tower downtown in years. It began as a rental project before Bosa switched it to condos.
Bosa broke ground amid shaky market conditions and has said this is its last San Diego project for now. Reports put completion in spring or fall 2027.
