A 28-story tower on Knox Street, next to the Katy Trail, with a 140-room Auberge hotel and 48 luxury condos. It is the centerpiece of a four-acre, million-square-foot project that also includes a 27-story apartment tower, offices, shops and a half-acre park.
The tower reached its full height in February 2026, with more than $600 million in financing from Beal Bank. All but one of the condos have sold, at $5 million to more than $30 million. The hotel opens on January 29, 2027, with rooms from $1,000 a night and a 3,000-square-foot suite at $15,000 a night.
