A 38-story hotel and condo tower on the Tampa Riverwalk at South Ashley Drive and West Whiting Street, on the Hillsborough River. A 220-room Pendry hotel fills the lower floors, with about 200 private residences on floors 15 to 37 and a rooftop pool for owners.
Coastal Construction is the builder. In September 2026 the concrete frame was reaching its last floors, glass covered most of the tower, and a topping-out ceremony was planned for October 9. About 75 percent of the condos have sold, for more than $385 million.
