One of the four towers of Nile Business City, a mixed-use development by Nile Developments in the Downtown district of Egypt's New Administrative Capital. It is the western tower of the group and holds offices.
Archrete Designs won the design competition for the project in 2021, and Arab Contractors is the main contractor. The Skyscraper Center lists this tower at 233 meters and 50 floors. Nile Developments has published the height only for Tycoon Tower and has not given a separate completion date for this tower, so these figures may change.
