A 200-meter office and commercial tower in the Central Business District of Egypt's New Administrative Capital. The developer, Infinity Towers for Urban Development, calls it Egypt's tallest office and commercial building and puts the investment at more than EGP 4.9 billion. The Skyscraper Center lists 45 floors; the developer has also quoted 31 floors.
Construction started in 2021. By mid-2024 more than 70% of the work was done and interior finishing had begun, and Savills was appointed to manage the building. The Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2026.
