A mixed-use tower in the Central Business District of Egypt's New Administrative Capital, facing the Iconic Tower and the Green River park, with offices, shops and hotel units. UC Developments launched it in 2021 with an investment of about EGP 6.5 billion and promised the world's tallest flagpole on top.
Excavation began in June 2023, with ACE Moharram Bakhoum supervising and Werner Sobek among the consultants. The Skyscraper Center lists 180 meters and 45 floors, while the developer has described a 40-floor tower of a little over 160 meters, so the final height may differ. No firm completion date has been published.
