A three-tower rental complex planned on the nearly five-acre former Miami Arena site, one of the last large empty parcels in Miami Worldcenter. The full plan calls for towers of 50, 51 and 53 stories with about 2,346 apartments.
In July 2026 Witkoff and Monroe Capital secured a $302.6 million construction loan from Athene and J.P. Morgan for the first phase, a tower of about 600 feet with 894 apartments, ground-floor retail and a nine-story garage. Site preparation is approved and the main building permits were still under review, with Coastal Construction as general contractor.
