A 37-story office tower at 1950 Avenue of the Stars, built right above the new Century City subway station. Talent agency CAA is the anchor tenant and is moving its headquarters in.
It topped out in December 2024 with completion targeted for 2026. It may be finished or close to it, and its current status still needs checking.
