Three towers across from Crypto.com Arena, the tallest at 677 feet, left unfinished in 2019 when China Oceanwide ran out of money. Taggers later covered them in graffiti, earning the name "graffiti towers."
In July 2026 a bankruptcy judge cleared the sale to KPC and Lendlease, and graffiti removal began. The new owners plan to finish the homes, hotel and shops, targeting about 2028.
