Mercedes-Benz's first branded residential tower in North America, on Miami Avenue at the southern edge of Brickell, with condos, offices and a new city fire station promised as part of the deal.

Several basement levels were finished, then work stopped abruptly in early 2025. A lender filed a foreclosure suit in April 2026 and the city declared JDS in default on the fire station agreement. A rescue financing package of about $1.1 billion has term sheets signed but had not closed as of October 2026, so a restart is possible but unconfirmed.
