Twin 68-story condo towers on the Miami River at 24 Southwest Fourth Street, on the edge of Downtown Miami and Brickell. The towers are joined at the top by a three-level sky bridge with a pool, restaurant and lounges, at more than 700 feet. Together they hold about 434 homes. It is one of the last designs by Rafael Viñoly, and the first standalone Faena residences outside Miami Beach, part of a planned Faena cultural district on the river.
In October 2026 the developers, Fortune International Group and KAR Properties, closed an $817 million construction loan from Tyko Capital, the largest construction loan ever recorded in Florida. Completion is expected in 2030.
