A residential tower at 46 NE 6th Street in downtown Miami, between Okan Tower and Melo's twin Downtown 5th towers. It will have 824 rental homes, and its zoning would have allowed a much taller building.
Construction began in early 2025 and the tower topped out in March 2026, about 12 months later. Plans filed in 2023 gave 54 floors and 576 feet, while later construction reports describe 58 to 60 floors. Completion is expected in late 2026.
