The new headquarters of the Conseil du Café-Cacao, the body that runs Ivory Coast's coffee and cocoa trade, on the Place de la République in the Plateau business district of Abidjan. The 25-floor, 100-meter tower has a rounded plan and curved glass facades that recall a cocoa pod, with a copper-clad auditorium building at its foot.

The tower was designed by Jamal Fardon Architecte, with facade engineering by T/E/S/S, and is being built by PFO Africa. Work started in 2023, and PFO Africa still listed the project as under way in 2025. No opening date has been announced.
