A 358-foot rental tower at 370 North Morgan Street in the Fulton Market District, with 494 apartments, 99 of them affordable, above shops and amenity floors.
Builder Skender has topped out the 32-story structure. Leasing is due to begin in January 2027, with the first residents moving in that spring. It is one of the tallest new apartment towers in the fast-growing neighborhood west of the Loop.
