A 520-foot, 38-story residential tower, the tallest of four buildings in the first phase of Foundry Park, the new neighborhood planned for the northern half of the old Lincoln Yards site along the Chicago River between Lincoln Park and Bucktown. Phase one adds about 800 homes and a 180-room hotel above an underground garage.

JDL and Kayne Anderson bought the land from Sterling Bay in 2025 after the original Lincoln Yards plan was shelved. City Council approved the new $3 billion master plan in February 2026, a $201.6 million TIF subsidy followed in September, and the developers broke ground on October 21, 2026. The full plan calls for more than 3,200 homes, offices, shops, 10 acres of parks and a riverwalk.
