A 41-story apartment tower of just over 514 feet at 200 Market Street in downtown Newark, right across from the Prudential Center arena. It will have 514 apartments, 20 percent of them affordable, plus a shop on Edison Place and a 142-space garage.
The site sat empty for about two decades. Demolition began in 2025, and heavy construction started in March 2026 after a snowy winter cancelled the planned groundbreaking ceremony. No completion date has been announced.
