A 47-story, 502-foot tower in Journal Square with 1,049 apartments, most of them studios, including 105 affordable homes, plus 26 extended-stay hotel rooms and ground-floor shops. It has no car parking but room for 523 bicycles, and it keeps an old facade on Newark Avenue next to a new pedestrian plaza.
Namdar Group closed $390 million in construction financing in September 2026, arranged by Walker & Dunlop, and is set to start building. It will be the developer's tallest project yet.
