A mixed office and residential tower of about 134 meters next to the Park Inn hotel at Alexanderplatz. Covivio calls the project ALX; the Skyscraper Center lists it at 130 meters and 32 floors.
Sauerbruch Hutton designed it for Covivio. Work started in 2021 but stopped for weeks after the wall of the nearby U2 subway tunnel was damaged. Building resumed in 2024, and the Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2027.
