A planned 150-meter tower by Hines at Alexanderplatz, beside the Alexa shopping centre. For years it was to be a twisting design by Frank Gehry, with up to 380 apartments.
Construction has not started. Hines has since dropped the Gehry design and is working on a new concept, with public consultation on the plans. Earlier lists showed it as under construction, but the site has not been built on.
