A 36-floor office tower of about 146 meters rising from the Galeria department store at Alexanderplatz. It will be the tallest high-rise at the square and one of the tallest buildings in Berlin.
Signa started it in 2021 to a design by Kleihues + Kleihues. After Signa collapsed, Commerz Real took over, renamed it from MYND to The Berlinian, and raised the height from 133 to 146 meters. It has topped out, and completion is expected in 2027.
