A dark-brick condo tower of about 500 feet at 1325 West Fulton Street, filling a full block of the Fulton Market District between Ada and Elizabeth Streets. It is the taller of two towers that share one podium; the eastern tower rises about 25 stories.
The city approved the project in early 2025 as three towers, and the design was later trimmed to two. An on-site sales center was finished in 2025, and Sulo plans to break ground on the first tower once sales are under way. Space has been kept to the west for a possible third phase.
